30 Days Easy Return/Exchange

We have high-quality control standards to make sure all the products we ship in perfect condition, if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return&exchange within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

What is our Return & Exchange Policy?

  1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Items marked as "No returns or exchanges" on the product page are not covered by warranty and are non-returnable.
  3. Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
  4. The address on the parcel is not an automatically approved return address. We do not process returned packages without an authorized return address. 
  5. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  6. Please return through your local post office to avoid tax.
  7. For the returns labeled "No signature required" Please do not add signature service to your mail service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive your package which will delay your refund progress.
  8. Please also do not mail any envelopes to the return address for inquiry. we will discard the letter automatically. The best way to communicate and solve your problem is through our email system, phone or online chat!
